Committee Responsibilities and Charters
The Board of Directors of Nucor has three standing committees:
The Audit Committee
The Compensation and Executive Development Committee
The Governance and Nominating Committee
Each of these committees acts pursuant to a written charter adopted by the Board of Directors.
