YOU'LL ALSO GET: A Division Consul: The consul is responsible for making sure that you have a confidant to inquire about "how things work," how to navigate the division and company, who to talk to about resources and issues, and general advice about becoming a Nucor teammate. Division Orientation: Your division orientation will provide you a hands-on look at your division and the opportunity to see and experience how your division operates. Feedback Plan: You'll be given a plan that lets you know who, when and how you'll be given feedback about how you're doing. Product Group Involvement: You'll participate in product group meetings and summits so that you have exposure to broader business and technical issues.  PAST INTERNSHIPS
